Our formulas are crafted in small batches, like old-world potions — blending modern green science with the timeless healing of the earth. Each bottle, is an offering: a small piece of the wild, lovingly placed in your hands.

As our products are made from natural ingredients, you may notice some changes over time, including fluid separation and variations in scent. It is normal for oils to appear cloudy due to their natural composition. Both fragrance oils and essential oils consist of intricate materials that can evolve over time. To restore the mixture, simply give the product a gentle shake. To avoid degradation, keep the product out of direct sunlight. Additionally, be cautious not to touch the dropper when using the product, as this could introduce bacteria into the oil.

We prioritize the use of sustainable materials in the production of our products as best as we can, and we also limit our output to small batches to ensure quality and minimize waste.

All of our oils and botanicals are sourced from reputable companies such as Whole Foods, Ulta, Aura Cassia, Plant Therapy, Edens Garden, Candle Science, and Makesy.

RETURNS

Since all of our products are made to order, we cannot accommodate return requests. All sales are final unless stated otherwise.

If you encounter any problems with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us at themoonbutterflyshop@gmail.com, and we will strive to resolve the issue. Should any part of your order arrive damaged and you wish to request a replacement, please ensure you have photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box ready to provide.

SHIPPING

Once orders are placed, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (We do not process orders over the weekend) except for pre-orders or when stated otherwise. Please note that if your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order, including any items currently in stock, will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable or for any other reason, The Moon Butterfly will not be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred. Customs fees are not included in our pricing or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with their country's regulations and rates. 

The Moon Butterfly is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
